Island Oasis comprises of ten titled lots. Four Caribbean Waterfront Lots, Three Tropical Garden Lots and Three Jungle Hilltop Lots.

The Island Oasis project is located just minutes away by boat from the main town of Bocas del Toro. Each lot is serviced by Underground electricity and is entitled to  an idividual boat slip. The star shaped dock will have a BBQ area, electricity, a fish cleaning table and sun deck. Where beautiful Caribbean sunsets can be enjoyed.

To ensure standerds to protect investment. Kentways will build a beautiful Caribbean exterior house. We will take care of all the architectual drawings, environmental  and building permits, cement footings, with the structure including; the poles, floor beams and joists, 3/4" plywood sub floor, the roof beams and rafters with an enameled metal roof and insulation.

You then design or choose a floor plan of your dream and finish the interior yourself or pick a builder to finish the interior for you.
